Infrared light therapy is a great option for arthritis

Q: I have arthritis in the knee with chondromalacia patella. Should I consider infrared light therapy?

A: You should - it's an amazing form of therapy. I've been in chiropractics since 1963, and I can tell you there are so many things we can do today that weren't possible in 1963. Infrared light therapy really is wonderful. You should have one session to start with to see how you feel. It's a type of therapy you can do at home - it's not limited to a doctor's office. You can even buy equipment and use it yourself, it's not very expensive. You can undergo treatment more than once daily - even up to three or four times a day - it's nothing but helpful.
